Retainer
An ongoing monthly engagement for businesses that need continuous AI development, system monitoring, or iterative improvement. Includes a defined number of development hours per month and a dedicated point of contact on our team.
Ongoing development, system maintenance, multi-phase projects
Discovery Sprint
A structured 1-2 week engagement for businesses that are not yet ready for a full project but want a clear picture of what AI could do for them. Includes workflow mapping, opportunity identification, and a written AI roadmap with prioritized recommendations.

Can I start with just one service and expand later?
Absolutely. Many of our clients start with a focused automation or AI project and expand into additional service areas as they see results. We build every system with integration in mind so expansion does not require rebuilding what already exists.
How long does a typical project take?
Focused single-system projects typically take 4 to 8 weeks from kickoff to deployment. More complex multi-component systems take 10 to 16 weeks. We will give you a specific timeline in the scope document before any work begins.
Do I own the code and models you build for me?
Yes. Full intellectual property and code ownership transfers to you upon project completion and final payment. We retain no rights to any system we build for you.
What if I need changes after the project is complete?
Post-launch support is included for 30 days on all project engagements. For longer-term or ongoing changes, we offer retainer agreements. We will discuss post-launch arrangements during scoping.
